You would put everything in their current garden into storage, then purchase the highest 1 square Reputation item with silver and fill the garden with that item (it is usually the most recent chapter artifact), after they are completed building, the reputation will increase (I usually take a screen shot of the garden showing the rep gauge and date the image and save it in my pictures). Once everything is completed I would refresh the game at least once to make sure everything is confirmed, then put all the items into their storage box and they can be sold back for silver. By doing this it will open several more chapters. Even though the Rep scale will decrease as the items are removed from the garden, the game will remember the total reputation that was reached.
TIPS FOR HIGH REPUTATION GARDEN:
Step 1 – Clear your garden COMPLETELY, place everything in storage, so only your time machine is left. Place 2 paths directly in front of your gate so while you are filling it, your neighbors can still visit your garden and leave a gift.
Step 2- Fill your garden with all one square high rep items (the latest artifacts that are available for you to buy).
UPDATE: Since chapter 330, the artifacts and the collectible items available to you according to your level, have more rep. Time Lab rewards also have a very high rep value.
PS: Chapter #600 is an “Open to All” chapter with regular values (XPs and Silvers); replay it to level up, earn lots of silvers so you can purchase the latest artifact available for you to buy.
Step 3: Once you filled your garden, write down your reputation for safe keeping.
Step 4: This decision is up to you, some say that they leave their garden as is for 2 hours, others say to leave it overnight. I, myself, leave it overnight!
Step 5: You may now empty your garden by using the “all store” button but wait until you see your crowns go way down; you may still have some reputation left, this is due to your stamps or maybe your skins if you have some. You will wonder why your reputation goes way down and how you will have future chapters unblocked? The game will REMEMBER your last high reputation; so do not worry and you may now decorate and create your ideal garden.
